Ingredients

1/3 cup Blue Ribbon® White Rice
1 egg, hard boiled and chopped
1 celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 pickles, rinsed, minced
mayonnaise, mustard (to taste)

Cooking Directions

Prepare about 1/3 cup of rice according to package directions. Combine cooked rice and all ingredients. Chill and serve.
